Hi! I’m a British-German European Solidarity Corps volunteer and started at EWS programme in October. After completing my bachelor’s in Conservation Biology and Ecology on the southwest coast of England, I was looking to gain relevant work experience on an international level. So, after applying for and getting the position at EWS, I switched the sea for the Austrian Alps and headed to the Lungau! I’m thrilled to be working in such a multicultural environment and hope to explore the beautiful mountain scenery, whether by foot, by bike or on a pair of skis, with my fellow volunteers.
